We have purchased CISCO Works software for our 5500 switches that have SUP2. When we tried to configure the software, we found that SUP2 was not capable of scanning a fully managed switch (13 blades 24 ports per blade). Does anybody know if CISCO has any other tools to manage these switches or can CISCO Works be tweaked to work with SUP2 on a fully managed switch?
