Cisco Works windows 2000 server

I'm new to implementing Cisco works and was wondering why it is not recognizing the 3700 series routers? Here is software versions I have on server.

CD One Fifth Edition 2.1

Campus Manager 3.2

Device Fault Manager 1.2

Device Fault Manager Incremental Device Support 1.2 Resource Manager Essentials 3.4

Resource Manager Essentials Incremental Device Support 3.4

Have you installed the latest IDUs for the respective apps (RME, DFM etc) from CCO yet?

Which application does not recognize 3700? CM or RME? What kind of 3700 router is it? Each application has its device support table, have you verified if it's the list? If not, then have you applied latest IDU for the application?
