cisco2610xm can't detect internal modem?

The detection of internal modem looks just fine, show modem version says it's a MicroCOM Analog Integrated Modem.

Maybe you are refering to "Modem type is unknown" under "show line x"....this typically is used for external modems attached to the line where IOS discovers what kind of modem is connected to the router and to configure that modem automatically.

If we add "modem autoconfigure discovery" under the line then the NM-AMs will be displayed as "Modem type is microcom_mimic"
