CISCO3550:POST error status : external RAM test failed

I have three CISCO3550-24,I want to install but I find they don't work.

In the process of loading,I find these:

Hello,

a POST failure usually means there is physical damage to the interface. So this sounds like a Dead-On-Arrival.
