Ciscoview 4006 Ports show red

Cisco View for the 4006 SupIII. The ports that are not in use appear red instead of yellow, indicating that the ports are failing. I have plugged my lap top into these ports and there is nothing wrong with them so they should not appear red in Cisco View.

Re: Ciscoview 4006 Ports show red

Hello-

What version of CV are you running? I recommend moving to CV 5.4 with the latest v2-0 device package support this. Also, I recommend RME 3.4 and CM 3.2. w/ IDU 1.0 installed.

I hope this helps, please let me know.

Regards-
