CiscoView 5.2 (Win2000) display partially the graphic view of my Catalyst 4006'chassis !And display wrong description of the interface on my additional module.Ex: display port number 2/2 other than the right port 2/3 (2/2 means the internal Gigabit Ethernet interface on my WS-X4232-L3 module !)

Do you have the latest CV device package installed for Cat4000 from CCO?

Hi !

I have the Cat4000 package (1.4)? Is there any other upgrade other than mine ? If there is, how can I download it ? Can I download it with my currently CCO ?

Device package v1.7 is the latest for Cat4000 for CV 5.2. You can download it from: ttp://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/Software/CiscoView/cvplanner.cgi using your valid CCO account. Upgrade the device pkg and see if it helps.
