Ciscoview 5.4 and Interface Statistics for V WIC's
Is there anyway to utilize ciscoview to monitor interface statistics on a vwic? We have a number of routers with vwic's that have been configured so that all 24 ds0's are mapped to serial0/0:0. When selecting the monitor option, Ciscoview provides only the DS1 statistics. The drop down list that's present for other internal csu/dsu modules is absent.
Re: Ciscoview 5.4 and Interface Statistics for V WIC's
This may be an IOS issue rather than with CV itself if the latest CV device package is already installed for the device in question. CV uses SNMP MIBs to collect the info and if the MIBs are not present or broken, then things may not work properly. You can turn on debug in CV to see what is shows. I believe that cpmDS0UsageTable from CISCO-POP-MGMT-MIB is used for DS0 stats. You can use the CCO MIB Locator Tool (http://www.cisco.com/public/mibs) to verify the above. CV debug logs will also be useful.
