CiscoView and AS5300

What is required on Cisco View (CiscoWorks 2000) to be able to actually show Dial Services or AAA information on an AS5300.

Does CDP need to be enabled on a particular interface? We have the AAA Accounting information configured on the AS5300. When we look at the Dial Services - Voice - call history or active calls, the tables are empty.

Any help would be appreciated

Cisco View won't give you the call history etc. Have a look at: http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/cc/pd/wr2k/cw2kvm/ for this purpose.
