When I access CiscoView from Device Manger of CW2K with Java Plug-In 1.3.1, I got the following error message:
"Please grant permission to launch CiscoView. Quit the browser and try again."
Anything I am missing?

You need to apply the Java Plug-In patch from: http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/cw2000-cd-one
