Hi!
I installed the ciscoworks2000 edition 5.0 on my server.But my ciscoview can't open any device.It show me like this
"resulting class definition does not exist on server! com.cisco.nm.cvw.devpkgs.catqdm.descriptor
incompatibility may exist among device packages."
I can conclude that there is nothing to do with the patches,because I can open the same device with an elder edition ciscoview I installed before.Also the service pack,the explorer edition,the java plug-in have match the requirements.What should I do now?
