I keep getting Please grant permission to launch ciscoview. Quit the browser and try again. When i am on another workstaion I get Cannot restore device list.

I have installed the latest CSCin40693-1( Apr 2003) , did a reboot and still the same error message. I have CD One 4th Ed.

How do I resolve this?
