Ciscoworks 2000 behind PIX Firewall

Hello Everyone,

I'm new to Ciscoworks 2000,

and I was wondering if there's any issue with the following setup:

2 box, CW2K LAN and Routed WAN,

reside on a network behind a PIX with security level 100 (PIX),

need to manage/monitor cisco devices on lower security interfaces/levels.

Question is do I have to specify firewall rules to allow traffic to pass both ways or will the PIX's Adaptive Security Algorithm will do the job?

Thanks for any help.

Regards,

Md. Zeremy

You may want to look at http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/477/ports_oncd1.html to see what ports you need to open on your PIX
