CiscoWorks 2000 Finding Serial Number

Hi,

Quick question, my company purchased CiscoWorks 2000 for windows about 2 years ago from a Cisco Reseller.

We are trying to upgrade our current version and my corporate office needs the serial number of our current install.

The problem is the I can't find the serial number, I have looked on the CiscoWorks media and within the installation but am unable to find this information.

The corporate office is unable to located the purchase invoice for this product so no help there.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

There is no Serial# on the individual install CDs etc. The only Serial# is the Bar Code on the box outside.

Then you should try contacting the source from where you purchased this CW2K from to see if they have this info in their records.
