CiscoWorks 2000 - RME 3.2 problems with "Synchronize to Essentials"

Anybody using CiscoWorks 2000 LMS?

I have my network discovered Campus Manager.

I want to synchronize to Essentials via Server Configuration, Setup, ANI server Admin, Device Synchronization. When I click Run everything seems to work.. but when I look at the Status Log, I have thoses messages:

2001/09/26 15:00:25 Send device info to Essentials: Call Essentials DeviceListService command=addDevices, Essentials host=eeqconsole01 port=1741 aniName=ANIServer3.0-eeqconsole01

2001/09/26 15:00:25 ERROR: Send addDevices to Essentials. Exception=java.lang.NullPointerException

Anybody can help me? I don't know if I'm in the right discussion board but I can't find anything about CiscoWorks. And for the rest, if you don't have a power CCO, you can't have anything on the site...

Problems like this typically need a bit of debugging to see what is going on. Your best bet will

be to open a support case with the Cisco TAC.
