CiscoWorks error

I recieved an error in CiscoWorks with a "HIGH" severity. The error said:

"Trunk port 16/1 belonging to device xxxxxxxx has spanning-tree portfast enabled"

I know this is not a good thing, however, I do not have a port 16/1. The device is a 6509.

Re: CiscoWorks error

do a show module on the switch, 16/1 is normally associated with a daughter board such as a MSFC on a supervisor module. 16/1 is for the supervisor in slot 2. An MSFC should be trunking for multiple vlans. I have just done a show trunk 16/1 and it comes up with isl trunking and a show spantree 16/1 comes up with a list of all vlans, all are fast forwarding.

hope that helps
