CIscoworks for window 6.0......

Hi , all

I've just installed ciscoworks for windows 6.0

OS is windows 2000 professional, Service pack is 3...

Intallation is working fine.

But when I activate ciscoworks for windows 6.0 Desktop,

cookies is disabled and "Authentication is required" is come

help me ...

Make sure that in your web browser you have selected 'Enable All Cookies' as well as Java and Java Script are enabled. The default login username and password is admin/admin (all lower case).

Hi,

I have the same problem, many times I installed Cisco Works , IDS MC, VPN MC, Pix MC etc. I tried Netscape 5.0-7.0 and IE 5.5-6.0 always the cookie part of browser is disabled. I make all the security options low. Cookies, java everything is enabled, it were used to become enabled previously but now it didn't whatever i do. Anyone has a solution, please help, it means many $K to my company.

I have the same problem with this environnement :

- W2K professionnel (French version)

- sp4

- IE6 sp1

any have an Idea to resolve the problem?

I have the same problem. I think it Microsoft IE's problem.Because when I use Netscape,it works fine.
