Re: CiscoWorks HELP!

Or better yet, how is VTP configured on your switches? What VTP Domain? What mode (transparent, client, server?).

I believe a "disconnected domain" is when you have 2 sets of switches that Ciscoworks doesn't see as connected at all, that are both running VTP with the same VTP domain name. The problem is, if these 2 groups ever get connected again, the one with the higher revision will "take over" the configuration of the one's with the older configuration. If your not using VLAN's - its not a big deal. But if you are, it could get quite messy...

Give us a "sh vtp status" on the devices and let us know how/whether they are connected.
