Ciscoworks LMS and ISDN interfaces

I am managing my core router which has various dialer interfaces configured for the ISDN 30, the device is not being used as a seed device, does not have cdp enabled and is not on the campus map. I have also configured the ISDN network ranges [192.168.0.100-199] in the "do not discover" section of discovery setttings. However debug is showing me that the CWLMS server is still bringing up the ISDN interfaces by pinging the 192.168.0.110 dialer interface on the remote router. I was under the impression that Campus was the only application that had the polling engine, if this isn't the case then how can I keep managing the router with RME but stop the dialer interfaces being polled?

Thanks in anticipation

Nick

Did you run a sniffer or debug and see what (protocol/port) is causing the ISDN to trigger? Since RME is polling the router, you can try denying udp traffic to trigger the ISDN interface permitting only TCP traffic to trigger. As SNMP polling is UDP traffic, it could be the one triggering the ISDN connection.
