CiscoWorks2000 Missing Subnets

When I go to user tracking all the mac address' are there but certian subnets are missing information like ip address host name ect... ,but some subnets are coming up with all the info. I am new to this product, can some one suggest where to start to troubleshoot?

I have a similar problem. I had LMS1.0 and opened a case on it this spring; I was told to install LMS1.1 when it came out and to also install a patch (UT 3.1 patch 2). Unfortunately the problem still exists. It appears that IP addresses on VLAN 1 get resolved but not addresses on other VLANs.
