We are using CiscoWorks2000 Topology Services, Version 3.1.
I arranged all the Cisco devices.
When I now try to Save the Layout and Restart the Topology view, the layout is destroyed. All devices overlay each other in a mess.
I know that the following file is demaged in this case.
\CiscoWorks\etc\users\admin\24.xml
I can restore the file from the last backup and the view is as it was before.
But I'm not able to save any changes.
Thanks in advance

Yes the description points to my problem.

It's fixed in Campus 3.2, there's no patch for this. OR you can consider upgrading to the latest Campus 3.3

Thanks for your response.
A workaround for me is to do the layout changes and save of the layout directly from the browser running on the CW2000 Server (then there is no language mismatch). That works for me.
Other solution is to edit the 24.xml File and change all "," to "."
