Clarification on EIGRP Split Horizon over Physical FrameRelay Interface

I need some clarification please. I have read that split horizon is automatically disabled for RIP, IGRP and EIGRP on physical frame relay interfaces. Is EIGRP immune to this. Does Split Horizon remain enabled on physical framerelay interfaces for EIGRP even though a "sho ip int" says the split horizon is disabled?

Re: Clarification on EIGRP Split Horizon over Physical FrameRela

when u enable frame-relay encapsulation on a physical interface, split horizon will be disabled by default.

You can additionally enable SH for eigrp using special commands.

int s0/0

ip split-horizon eigrp

This will enable SH for eigrp alone and not RIP/IGRP.

For enabling SH for RIP and IGRP you need to give a command "ip split-horizon" on the physical interface.
