Have you configured NTP on the routers? Can you give more info about configuration?

Hi
If you want to synchronize the time for all your network devices then you should consider using NTP.
By default all devices report it from their local system time.

Are you able to reach the NTP server from the interface which leads to it.
Otherwise you may have add the following command
NTP source
HTH

Try putting switches to client mode, then they will regularly send request...Here is the command:
ntp client enable

I wonder why when the other switch in the same network with the same running config can work & why not this?

There was a misundersanding...
the command which puts switch to client mode is for 6000 series switches. As I recognized, your devices are 3500 series.
Well... on 3500 series, to put switches to Client mode you only need to configure ntp servers. But they have already configured...
Can you post 'show ntp status' and 'sh ntp association'? Can you check these commands on both switches?
Regards...

Hi again!
I wanna ask one more thing... Have you got any ACLs that restrict Switch A?
Regards,

no, its not only with this switch, there are few couple of routers & switches where clock is not updating.
