Cluster Management Questions

I have 2 questions about CMS.

1. I have just put in a 2950-12 switch at a remote location that is connected to my office via a 256K frame relay circuit. The CMS is very slow to open the web console i can telnet into the switch with no problem. How do I increase the speed of the web console?

2. Can I connect remote locations in one cluster? The remote locations are all connected by frame relay circuits back to the main office. Each office has it's own subnet.

The switches in a cluster can be in the same location, or they can be distributed across a contiguous Layer 2 network. All communication with cluster switches is through one IP address. Here's the guide to creating and managing clusters.
