CNR, User grab many IP address

Hello,

I am new to CNR, and notice two of the users grab many IP address from CNR DHCP server, and how to resolve this issue, any workaround and suggestion are welcome

WinNT/W2k RAS filtering is implemented, however we have narrowed down to a Linux box that cause the problem, and not sure what program is running in the Linux.
