Collisions with a PA-8E

I just turned up a Cisco 7513 and I have about 2 PA-8E modules in a VIP 2-50 card. I have servers connected to these ports and I continue to get massive collisions on every port. I attempted to change the config on the PA-8E to Full Duplex but there is no command for that on the interface. Does anyone know if these modules are only half duplex or how to change it to full duplex. Here are a couple of my errors and the int config:

The PA-8E does support full duplex.
