Commited bandwidth per IP or range of IP on an interface

Can someone please guide me how to implement provisioning of bandwidth per IP or range of IP in support of service level agreement (SLA). Let's say a certain IP will be given a commited bandwidth and burstable bandwidth available on the interface. This method is available on some boxes (other vendor) however i would like to know if this is also possible on a Cisco Router.

Thanks.

Best regards,

Ronald

You may want to look into CAR. It might be a viable solution for you providing you have a platform to support it.

You can implement the same method I have mentioned for the question "How can I limit bandwidth in Ethernet port of my router " posted by Mr.josephpjob..

Hope this will help.
