I need to throw some questions and concerns out to this forum for piece of mind advice. I have a 6509 with Sup1a boards (redundant). I purchased MSFC daughter boards for both of them and I want to add them to the Sup1a boards. Are there any major concerns I need to know about? I plan on removing the standby board adding the MSFC and inserting it back in the chassis. From there I was going to pop the active board (I know an outage will occur) and add the MSFC to the other board. Upon completion I was going to check out the MSFC's to see if they come up OK... With all that said, are there any hidden items or concerns that I would probably need to look at or be prepared for??? Thanks....
