Config router with ADSM

What has to be done to configure a router with ADSM.

We have some that I can access with the browser, but one I cannot.

Is there a file that needs to be copied?

I am thinking that there is a file that has the logon credentials.

Hi

AFAIK i dont think you have something like ASDM package comes with router ios code similar to the one available with PIX.

Below is the link for Cisco Router Web Setup Tool but it supports only Cisco 800 series routers.

Re: Config router with ADSM

Are you referring to the CRWS? I would recommend using SDM. Just install to your PC and not to the router. It can be downloaded free of charge.

Just make sure you have "ip http server" enabled. If you don't have "aaa" cmds then just leave the username blank and use your enable password.

Tip If you are using Internet Explorer on a PC running Windows XP with Service Pack 2, and Internet Explorer displays a message telling you that it has restricted this file from showing active content that could access your computer, choose Internet Options > Advanced from the Tools menu, and check Allow active content to run in files on my computer. Then click Apply, and relaunch SDM.

See this link for other info.
