configration in the text Editor

Hi all ..

If I cut and paste a configration from text editor To The Router ..

is reload the Router Require to see the Effect of the New Configration .

in Othe Words When i paste The Entier Configartion From text Editor

To The Router .I will see the Effect Immediately Or I have to to some thing

Like relod The Router or Save The New Configration into NVRAM to see its effect

................

Commands take effect immediately whether you type them in or paste them in.

[rjackson]

Be very careful about pasting lines with passwords in them. Trailing spaces or special ascii characters can become part of your password.

Also, since commands take effect immediately the commands you are pasting can affect your connection to the router.
