Hi Anthony, use the time-range switch in your access-list.
access-list 100 permit any any time-range Access
periodic daily 8:00 to 17:00
Change this to reflect your actual access requirements (hosts permitted/ports denied etc).
You will have to ensure that the router has valid date time settings for this to work. You will have to manually set them every time the router is power cycled or use an sntp server to provide accurate settings.
