Configurig VWIC-2MFT-T1 cards

I have two 2621 routers that I have installed 4 vwic-2mft-t1 cards, 2 in the chassis slot and 2 the network module slots. When I do a Show controller T1 I see, T10/0, T10/1, T10/2, T10/3. I do not see the T11/0, T11/1, T11/2, T11/3 for the cards the network Module slots. Is there anything I need to do to enable these slot to see the Vwic card. I have reseated the cards and reboot the routers. Any suggestions would be apperciated.

Hi scline,

which network module and IOS version do you use?

Check http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/116/t1_wic4.html if they are compatible, or if you need to upgrade your IOS.

Hi, Herbert, I amd using NW-2W and IOS Version 12.2(13)T3. The link you provided show that they are support in the 2621xm module that I am using.

Did you ever figure out why the 2MFT cards in the NM were not functioning correctly?

I also had a asked a question on this forum about configuring 2MFT-T1 VWIC's and was hoping you might be able to take a look at it. :)
