Configuring MST

Hi,

I am connecting an Alteon to my Cisco's network and it seems MST is the only spanning-tree protocol that they can interact with.

This is the first time I configure this protocol, but I have experience with PVST+. Can anybody give an example of a good config. I don't know which instances create, how to limit the number of instanes on a trunk port, etc...
