I used this document for Guideline. Do you have other methods or sample confiuration?
My scenario is I have 4 ISDN BRI ( 8 B channals) dial to branch which have 4 ISDN BRI ( 8 B channals ) and used PPP multilink all ISDN

I am not sure of other options, but this is the most recommended and commonly used method.

Yes, your method is dialer profiles. Another way is legacy DDR with dialer maps. We had a TAC case raised because of a crash after 30secs using dialer profiles with multicast. Cisco recomended we use dialer maps as a fix. See method 2. Dont forget to add an interesting packets list/definition to the dialer.
