Is there any software from where i can see the real time conjestion on the router otherthen debugging it from SHOW command of the router.

You could use softwares which use snmp and collect statistics from the router, and displays it in a better format (graphical format). Like CiscoWorks TrafficDirector.

Another good (and free) tool that is quite commonly used in Cisco shops is MRTG. It can graph anything and everything on the router via SNMP. It isn't quite realtime though (it has a 5 minute refresh period). It runs on NT and *nix:
