Hello,

I was wondering if anybody could help here. I am trying to extend connectivity between two sites using X.25 (RS-422 for end systems) and G.703 point-to-poing for WAN connectivity. To be more specific The configuration up to now was done using Ericsson Eripax Routers and running X.25 over Frame Relay (but using point to point links and not going through frame relay switch, using an NNI enchancement).

If anybody has attempt something similar, what would I neen (interfaces, IOS version, platform etc) and any configuration that could help me begin in a lab environment...

You could achieve this using X25 over TCP (XOT). Check the following the document for more information:

Hope this helps,

I do not have access to partner documentation to see the example you are saying. X25 over IP allows to transparently route x25 traffic over IP. How do I physically connect a router with a device or another router that supports only x25? Rememember no x25 switching network (cloud) is used. On the ericsson router there are some rs422 interface, TYPE=PACKET,MODE=HDLC.PROTOCOL=X25.

Sorry about the first link. Try this one.
