connecting from home

Hi, I have in my office a Cisco Router 2600 series, which connects our wan from mexico to US., now I have a 1700 series, which I want to install at home, for this purpose, dial from home to the office and get access to our network, but I can't seem to find where to start.., can somebody give me some advise on how to accomplish this?

You can use ISDN to dial in from 1700 to the 2600 and gain access to the network. But call charges for this might be higher, because it will be spanning 2 countries. You need one BRI card each on the 1700 and 2600, for this.

You can get reasonable bandwidth of 64kbps, which you can double upto 128 kbps with an ISDN line. You can also configure ISDN BRI to BRI connections with some help from the following link.

You can use L2TP VPN or IPsec VPN to achieve your goal.
