Connecting to a console of Catalyst 1900

I have a Catalyst 1900 WS-C1900 switch , wich console connection is 9 pin connector not RJ-45.

I am connecting with regular rollover cable with two DB-9 adapters on both ends.

I get to diagnostic screen just fine , but when I try to go to the next step (normal startup) all I get is AT0H0 response.

What do I so wrong ? Thanks in advance.

Some older models of 2800/1900 switch require a null modem cable, while others require a regular rollover cable. If you use the wrong cable you will get AT commands at the prompt. Try using a null modem cable

Or you can always just telnet into the switch.
