I have an Applied Innovations Scout device that I'm connecting to a WIC-T1DSU, on a 2610 router. Does anyone know the correct configuration for both the 2610 T1 port and the AI Scout device to make these links work together?

HDLC varies from vendor to vendor , to mix vendors you will have to go with PPP.

You are correct, the AI Scout is configured with PPP. A static route addition in the Cisco router it connects to and all is well.
