hello, here is my scanerio;
gateway address is : 10.75. etc.... the other gateway is 10.80. etc...
there is a firewall between them but they are managed by the same network infrastruture or department. They are having problems pointing/ routing the two gateways so that clients located on 10.75. net can interact fully with the resources available on 10.80. net.
When they tried to configure the nets, i still cannot ping the other net and connectivity is lost somewhere along the line. Are there any suggestions to assist in this situation.
Thank you in advance

First check whether from each gateway you can reach the immediate firewall NICs. This would eliminate connectivity problems from each router to the firewall.
You must also look at the firewall policy settings, whether you have configured the necessary policies (opening ports or allowing ports) etc.
If its a routing issue, check to see if , On each router, there is a static route pointing to the immediate NIC (connected NIC) of the firewall.
