Connecting two Sw6509 dual MSFC/SUP Chassis and Two 4000 Chassis
Does anyone has a model to interconnect two SW6509 chassis each one with dual MSFC2 and SUP2, and two SW4000? I am thinking in a sqare type with the two 6509 interconnected via SUP2 and each one with one etherchannel to each SW4000.

You could interconnect the switches via the sup card gigabit ports. If you would like to use etherchannel, note that if improperly configured, some EtherChannel ports are disabled automatically to avoid network loops and other problems. Here is a doc on EtherChannel Load Balancing and Redundancy.
