If I create a sub if on my router, do I have to create 1 for each vlan or can I assign to vlans to 1 sub interface ?

Hi
AFAIK if u r going on for intervlan routing then you can assign one vlan id followed by the encapsulation dot1q command.
but if you are terminating Q-in-Q Frame you can have secondary vlan id followed by the primary one..
