Where can I get a console cable for my 4000 series router?

Hi,
You can probably build one yourself. Here is the document on CCO which lists the pinouts for the Cisco 4000-M, 4500-M and 4700-M console port:
Under the cabling guide for console & aux ports:
http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/701/14.html#consoleport
there is a link "Table of Routers with Console and AUX Ports" which will provide you the details to make your own console cable.
http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/701/14.html#table
Hope this helps.
