Cookies and ?

Can somebody please remind me of things to check if you get a ? under cookies and the CiscoWorks logon screen does not appear.....

Hi,

If you are using Netscape then check in Edit---> Preference---> advance --> accept all coockies.

If you are using IE then check Internet Properties--->Privacy--->Accept All Coockies.

The logon screen either appears with the cookies ? or does not appear at all......I think it is because the Win2k admin password (which was used to install the software) has been changed. I think this has caused the CW2000 daemon manager service not to start. (it won't start manually either)

Does anyone know a way to solve this problem??
