we have two 6513 switches as core, but only 1 IDSM2 module on switch 1, the connection between the two swithches is layer 3? how we can copy the traffic from the switch 2 (without idsm2) to the switch 1 (with idsm2).

to 'copy traffic data from switch1 to switch 2' you would use the SPAN techniques to setup port or vlan mirroring or 'spanning'.

thanks for reply, but span done on the same switch secondly span and rspan used if we have layer 2 not layer 3.
