Copy run to star gives error

The switch is WS-C2916M-XL . The switch gives the following message when the copy run star is executed.

cat2916# copy run start

Non-Volatile memory is in use

Non-Volatile memory is in use[Failed]

cat2916#

Is any anyone aware of any known issues.

If 2 users attempt to write to NVRAM at the same time, or if one user is attempting to write to NVRAM while another is viewing the contents of NVRAM you will see this error message.
