core network for a wireless ISP

I am planning to design a core network for a wireless ISP and I need some infomation of how deploying it.

I have a E1 connection with 2 Mbps and a full class C Public IP's available.

Which is the best way to take this issue? Is a good Idea with PPPoE? Is interesting to use dinamic protocos like ospf? Is there any documentation where I can see an example of deployment of an ISP ( topology, subnneting...)

It's very intresting to use dynamic protocols like ospf .You can go through the link provided below which will help in the process.
