I am reading the doc about congestion management and wondering if you experts can point me out what's the difference between CQ and CBWFQ. They both use class based queues. There are some differences, e.g, the byte coune is used in CQ while bw in CBWFQ, there are 16 queues in CQ while 64 in CBWFQ. But for me, the CBWFQ is not a fair queueing any more because an exact amount of BW can be allocated to a class, which is not fair to other classes.
