CRC ERRORS in 7507 router

we have 2mb link between main and branch office.CRC errors climbling like anything.we bypassed the encryptors first and then tried with brand new encryptors.yet the link is not stable.PTT has reported no errors from their side. Finally we changed the FSIP card of 7507 router at one end .the problem is still the same.Pls suggest.

What is the Ptt looping up ? You need to work with the PTT to determine at what point in the network these errors are comeing from , Is there an extended demarc , has the ptt tested from the closest test point or have the tested from the furthest test point , Chances are it is a ptt issue , If you have access to the CSU' gise yourself a dte loop back towards your router , you should see your interface go up up looped assuming you are using HDLC , then ping your self if your pings are good then do it at the other end if pings are good lean on the ptt you have just proved CPE with the dte loops. Also find out who is providing clock, make sure you only have one clock source .
