creating simple DMZ

How would I do this, does it need to be done on firewall, or can I do it with a router ?

As per the data sheet available in cisco site u can make use of 830 series router and have a simple DMZ setup on a ethernet port.

For the same you need to have the reqd ios code loaded on the box as well as the reqd DRAM and FLASH to hold and support the ios code.

If you want the same with firewall would suggest to look out something inline with PIX 515E model in which you can have 6 ports at the max each with different securitly levels.
