CRWS Hangs on SOHO 77x router

I have a new SOHO 77x router and trying to configure with the Cisco Router Web Setup. I can connect to the router, but when the CRWS run it hangs. A the router console I can obserb the it it tries to connect, but it just hangs.

Thinking it is JAVA. I download JAVA software for the Windows XP directly from SUN.. Same results. Then I downloaded Netscape v7.0 which comes with JAVA engine just in case. Once again it hang

Here's a link for troubleshooting CRWS. Be sure that there is a vty line available, or else you will not be able to connect. There are some other helpful hints in this link that might help.
